Better yet, they seem to be quite easy to make. It&rsquo;s another recipe I&rsquo;m eager to try out. Sausage and Cheese Crescent Squares are  the eleventh of my 25 Appetizers of Christmas.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pillsbury.com\/recipes\/sausage-and-cheese-crescent-squares\/f2b22bde-19e4-4447-aa99-30e90ee5a38f\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/cooks\/images\/sausagecheesecrescent.jpg\" width=\"213\" height=\"120\" class=\"alignright\"><\/a>2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury&reg; Crescent Recipe Creations&reg; refrigerated seamless dough sheet <\/li>\n<li>1 lb spicy or mild bulk pork sausage <\/li>\n<li>1 package (8 oz) cream cheese <\/li>\n<li>2 cups  (8 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h4>Directions<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>Heat oven to 375&deg;F.<\/li>\n<li>Unroll 1 can of dough. Place in ungreased 13&#215;9-inch   (3-quart) glass baking dish; press over bottom and 1\/2 inch up sides to   form crust. <\/li>\n<li>In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium   heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink. <\/li>\n<li>Remove sausage from   skillet; discard drippings. <\/li>\n<li>To same skillet, add cream cheese. <\/li>\n<li>Cook over   low heat until melted. <\/li>\n<li>Add cooked sausage; stir to coat. <\/li>\n<li>Spoon evenly   over crust in baking dish. <\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with cheese. <\/li>\n<li>Unroll second can of dough on work surface, and press to form   13&#215;9-inch rectangle.  <\/li>\n<li>Carefully place dough sheet over cheese.                                                      <\/li>\n<li>Bake 21 to 26 minutes or until golden brown. <\/li>\n<li>Cool 15 minutes. Cut into small squares.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"variations\">\n<a name=\"variations\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Variations<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"variations\">\n<li>Substitute 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury&reg; refrigerated crescent dinner rolls for the dough sheets.
