The article explains, &ldquo;This lightened-up version of a classic crumb cake can save you almost 200 calories per serving (compared to Starbucks classic coffee cake).&rdquo;<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>Topping:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li> 1\/2 cup sugar <\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cinnamon <\/li>\n<li> 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled <\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons canola oil <\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup all-purpose flour <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cake: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/4 cups all-purpose flour <\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons baking powder <\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon baking soda <\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt <\/li>\n<li> 3 tablespoons nonfat sour cream <\/li>\n<li> 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature <\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup sugar <\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs plus 1 large egg white <\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract <\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt <\/li>\n<li> 1 cup frozen blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h4>Directions<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>Make topping: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use fingertips to blend until mixture resembles large peas. Refrigerate.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350&deg;F.<\/li>\n<li>Coat a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. <\/li>\n<li>Cut a 9-inch circle of parchment; place in pan. Mist with cooking spray. <\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. <\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, beat sour cream, butter and sugar until light and fluffy. <\/li>\n<li>Add eggs and egg white. <\/li>\n<li>Beat until frothy, about 3 minutes. <\/li>\n<li>Blend in vanilla and yogurt until smooth. <\/li>\n<li>Stir in flour mixture until just combined. <\/li>\n<li>Fold in berries. <\/li>\n<li>Spread batter evenly in pan. <\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with topping. <\/li>\n<li>Bake cake until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. <\/li>\n<li>Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before turning out of pan. <\/li>\n<li>Peel off parchment and turn cake right-side up on rack to cool.
