This meal is a fast and simple way to take a pantry basic and jazz it up into something new.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li> 2 cans (15 oz each) Chef Boyardee&reg; Beefaroni&reg; <\/li>\n<li> 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt&#8217;s&reg; Diced Tomatoes, drained <\/li>\n<li> 1 can (15 oz each) Rosarita&reg; Premium Whole Black Beans, drained, rinsed <\/li>\n<li> 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn <\/li>\n<li> 1 teaspoon ground cumin <\/li>\n<li> 1\/4 cup shredded reduced fat Mexican cheese blend <\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 cup broken yellow tortilla chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h4>Directions<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>Place Beefaroni, drained tomatoes, beans, corn and cumin in large saucepan; stir to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.  <\/li>\n<li>Reduce heat,   cover and simmer 15 minutes.  <\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with cheese and broken chips just   before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A recipe from the Chef Boyardee (original here).
