{"id":10,"date":"2003-01-13T15:15:00","date_gmt":"2003-01-13T22:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tengrrl.com\/blog\/?p=10"},"modified":"2010-10-14T03:52:43","modified_gmt":"2010-10-14T07:52:43","slug":"10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tengrrl.com\/blog\/2003\/01\/13\/10\/","title":{"rendered":"Broken Links"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>wow. it&#8217;s been over three whole hours since i found an excuse<br \/>\n        to do this instead of doing something else.<strong> A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>        wrote the report on the fascinating broken links. checked all the pdfs<br \/>\n        on the site for the logo, and added<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/graphics\/goose.gif\" width=\"128\" height=\"128\" hspace=\"15\" vspace=\"6\" align=\"left\"><br \/>\n        lots of cute graphics to the latest lessons (my favorite is the goose<br \/>\n        on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.readwritethink.org\/lessons\/lesson_view.asp?id=83\">Mother<br \/>\n        Goose lesson<\/a>. i mean, how could you not like a goose? well, actually,<br \/>\n        now that i think of it, you <strong>could<\/strong> not like a goose. when<br \/>\n        my younger brother was three, my grandmother had some geese penned up<br \/>\n        behind the barn and when no one was watching, Noel was apparently doing<br \/>\n        some animal behavior study. he came running, crying loudly, but wouldn&#8217;t<br \/>\n        tell us what was wrong. when we finally calmed him down, he tells us,<br \/>\n        &quot;goose bite my finger.&quot; i guess in these instances, one might<br \/>\n        have good reason not to like a goose. but really, a little goose never<br \/>\n        hurt anyone.)<\/p>\n<p>        hmm, eric has written that he&#8217;s reading this. hmm. i fear that he stands<br \/>\n        before his computer in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eisenhower.utexas.edu\/qt6.htm\" class=\"darkbluelink\">Dwight<br \/>\n        D. Eisenhower Statuary Stance<\/a> (TM) scowling. he&#8217;s probably just getting<br \/>\n        jealous of rich though. as soon as i return to writing about him, he&#8217;ll<br \/>\n        be ok. <\/p>\n<p>        oops. my officemate just asked what i&#8217;m working on &quot;because you&#8217;re<br \/>\n        typing like a mad woman,&quot; she says. um. guess that&#8217;s a sign to get<br \/>\n        back to work, before she finds out what i&#8217;m really working on.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>wow. it&#8217;s been over three whole hours since i found an excuse to do this instead of doing something else.
